Des reconversions professionnelles en train de se faire vers le maraîchage biologique. Ethnographie d’une formation

Abstract:
The article analyses professional retraining to market gardening in the making. It deals with continuing education, an important step of these occupational mobilities, which is at the heart of the policies implemented for the ecological transition of the agricultural sector. Thanks to biographical interviews with trainees, analysis of their administrative files and observations, contrasting relationships with both training and agriculture are revealed. In an uncertain context, trainees are led to place their project both in a marginal professional world and in an economically profitable framework. Facing with these contradictory injunctions, they rethink their career aspirations or, on the contrary, reinforce them.
