Keywords: Drawing upon the evidence of the key study by Antonio Landolfi; this article provides a traversal of the political story of the group close to the leadership of Giacomo Mancini; a leading exponent of PSI (Italian Socialist Party) between the 1950s and 1980s. The reconstruction is developed through a critical approach within the broader context of the history of Italian socialism in those decades; in the spirit of a general investigation into the cultures of Italian socialism â one of the major lines of research pursued by the Giacomo Brodolini Foundation.
