Abstract:
Rivers country's is one of Romania's national wealth. Overflowing rivers can lead to loss of all kinds (if their rate is uncontrolled), may contribute to the creation of preconditions for socio-economic development of those territories, adjacent rivers (if their rate is controlled, regulated). River, usually, through the territories of identity of the most diverse, economic, environmental, social. River course adjustment problem can be solved, starting from only a single criterion optimization.
