Abstract:
Tourism is the socio-economic phenomenon that contains all the relations in a society in the use of free time. The main role of tourism involves strengthening the country's economy. From an economic perspective, the tourist is a consumer of goods and customer services. The paper introduces below the main aspects of organizational structure in tourism. Approached from the perspective of management, there are two fields of tourism activity, but the most important thing is that the management of the company is responsible to ensure performance. At the end of the research was reported that tourist activity can be declared effective when the manager focuses on communication, to improve the activities of the company with a view to developing it by attracting new customers.
