In other order of ideas we believe that a better understanding of entrepreneurship phenomenon will obviously provide us many significant indications on the determinants of success and business failure. The concepts and ideas presented in this analyzed issue gives us a realistic perspective on how the entrepreneurs succeed to determine and influence the consumers' preferences through the placing on market a variety of new products and services. On this background we can mention that through its specific activities, the entrepreneurship environment is meant to introduce new products and services of superior quality with a significant added value to satisfy at the highest level of customer needs. Thanks to their innovative capacity the entrepreneurs show modern modalities of production and they also identify new markets which have not yet been exploited.
