Abstract:
Within the analysis conducted, the main activities in the field of human resource management has been assessed, such as: human resource planning; recruitment and selection of staff; assessment of individual professional performances; initial and continuing training; evaluation of human resources management costs; motivation. However, there have also been reviewed with a lower degree of detailing, other issues of interest, such as: human resources assessment; promotion of staff. Following the integration of conclusions of analysis conducted for the business areas listed, it resulted the picture of the most important elements with generalizing value.
