Abstract: In the first part of the paper the concept of "green job". The paper continues with the presentation of the main trends manifested in different sectors of the economy, following the fact that it takes ecological characteristics. These features are also transposed at the level of jobs and require new skills and abilities. In our work we tried to capture these aspects. Romania should take into account these changes and formulate appropriate policies and strategies for employment.
