Abstract: Choice of business partners, be they suppliers or its customers, the future remains an economic decision of utmost importance. Traders will choose their partners in future only using economic levers depending on the type of business; They will identify suppliers who meet their goals and requirements so that it will opt for those vendors that meet two requirements: fair price and quality to international standards. After 1989, all enterprises in Romania had to go through a restructuring process, some more, some less. Restructuring should be regarded from the outset as an essential element of the transition and not as a means of survival. Faced part failure, especially in the first decade after replacing the command economy today, it seems that the issue of restructuring the economy in case of trade not trigger enthusiasm from management companies and macroeconomic [1]. It all felt hope in the presence of foreign investors, which they all create advantages but coming more and more business customers than for concrete. But foreign investors can cover all issues of restructuring? If not, then what is expected? Asks both specialist and Romanian citizen who for years hoping for a decent standard of living and carefree tomorrow. From this equation we should not exclude sensitivity to price / quality of Romanian consumers, sensitivity mainly due to purchasing power quite eroded Romanian citizens, yet consumers will play in the coming years a true role of referee between manufacturers and distributors will holds power.
