Caruntu Alexandru

Annals - Economy Series, 2016, vol. 4, 112-114

Abstract: The management and structure of economic activity on micro and macroeconomic level require information about the state and operation of all components of the economic agents integrated in sectors and in national economy and also in public institutions. In the future, the knowledge and information society will be a definite source of competitive advantage, where organizations are called upon to increase their adaptability and innovation, and speed of information processing in the context of globalization. To analyze a system of activities, given that mankind must reach the stage of a economically sustainable society, it is indispensable the existence of an economic information system that makes it possible to know in detail the work carried out and whose effectiveness is undoubtedly linked to how to treat the information.
