Abstract: In this paper, we have investigated the link between the identity of the organization and the reputation of the organization and how managerial communication mediates this relationship. The reputation of the organization is the results of the members of the organization to assume an identity. The identity of the organization is manifested through behaviours and communication and it is the result of the culture, history and strategy of the organization. If the identity is recognized by the public then the organization enjoys a good reputation leading to an improved organizational performances. Managerial communication influences both the identity and reputation of the organization and plays a decisive role in mediating the differences between the two concepts.
