Abstract:
This scientific approach refers to the relationship between the managers of human resources and linear managers on personnel management within the organization. In this context it is shown the importance of cooperation between the human resources managers and the linear managers on achieving the organizational performance. It is shown the degree of involvement of both the division of human resources and the linear and functional managers and in solving the problems of employees, but also in the implementation of different methods and procedure for the human resources. Also, in the case of the line and the functional managers, is important awareness of the need for their involvement in the activities related to the human resources management. Also, there are shown the possible risks that might face the organization in the case of a mismanagement of human resources management from the linear managers. In order to assess the level of networking of human resources managers with the linear managers and the functional organisations of the Republic of Moldova has been applied the sociological method-questionnaire, being used Likert scale.
