Abstract: This paper presents a study on consumer satisfaction above a reception structure in the county. But in order to be able to analyze consumer satisfaction we made a brief presentation of the concept of consumer and consumer behavior. In the following we will look at what influences the one that determines the level of sales and profit of producers through the decision to buy.
