Abstract: Banking digitization has become incredibly important for credit institutions because an increasing number of customers prefer to use digital devices to carry out banking activities due tosimplicity and comfort. For this reason, credit institutions have invested substantially in digital capabilities and have aggressively improved the adoption and use of lower-cost digital channels to deepen customer relationships and enhance customer banking experience. Remote banking services called "remote banking" are considered important for credit institutions as they are one of the main revenue generating channels. In this paper we present how banking technology is used both in the relationships of a credit institution with non-banking clients and in interbank transactions.
