Abstract: We consider that a specific aspect of the quality of education is the leadership and sustainability of education. The concept of leadership has begun to be promoted over the past decades in many areas. Educational leadership means creating a process based on clear values and beliefs leading to a vision of the educational organization. The vision is based on educational leaders who are trying to win the commitment of staff and stakeholders to create a better future for school and for students. Education is also the most important element of society, because it contributes to the development of the future of mankind. For this reason, a sustainable educational system must be created. Sustainability education is a way to encourage change. Thus, using methods such as literature review and documentation, in this article we highlighted the relationship between leadership and sustainability in the educational organization.
