Abstract:
A number of factories in Romania have become, over time, integral parts of a number of multinational companies that have begun to develop their activities in Romania. Many sectors of our economy have had to adapt to the new demands imposed by other business environments that have come and imposed their own rule in our country. The automotive industry has had a number of influences on the Romanian business environment, many companies came to our country and started to produce from the components needed to build a car (cables, custom-developed wiring systems as well, even other components) until the construction / making an auto. The present study aims at highlighting the main risks and difficulties that I have encountered in all the stages necessary for the implementation of the ERP SAP solution within this production equipment equipments necessary for the automotive industry, as well as the impact that this software solution had on the business environment existing there. All this has been set up as a "learning lesson" for any implementation of such software, thought to shape economic processes in various countries around the world, for the Romanian business environment, how the employees of this company behaved to the new changes, how they resonated with the implementation team and how it handled the management to all the requirements of the project. I will use as a research methodology the case study.
