Abstract: Both in the in the financial world and in the entrepreneurial world, high-performance leaders have been constantly sought to cope with current economic and social times. The issue of leadership has been debated for many years and thus models have been found to meet economic needs. There are many impact leaders who have different strategies from each other. Often the style in which leaders lead organizations efficiently must be shaped by the circumstances that arise in the world of continuous development.
