Abstract: We live in a society in which change succeeds with great rapidity and in which, for the business world, the challenges and the obligation of change are in the field of normality. In order to progress and resist the fierce competition determined by an increasingly selective and dynamic market, organizations must continually develop their employees. The Human Resource Development process allows the organization to grow and obtain the competitive advantage that is so necessary to maintain the market.
