Abstract: One of the key elements that determine the success of a company is the efficient management of human resources. To do this, firstly, it is important to carefully organize every process in which employees are involved and secondly, to have a thorough knowledge of all positions in the company. The first part involves planning in the field of human resources, and the second - the analysis of labor. Despite the fact that these are two separate activities, there is a close connection between them.
