Abstract: The agricultural sector continued to operate during the pandemic, even though agricultural activities were severely disrupted. The European Union's food system is based on a complex network of interdependent sectors that supply food to European consumers.Supply chain disruptions in the European Union have ranged in the pandemic context from difficulties in insuring agricultural workers, difficulties in accessing supply to limitations or closing markets for products. Analyzing the evolution of EU agricultural policy in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic and the regulations undertaken under the CAP, the paper aims to summarize the way in which farmers' work has been influenced by climate change.
