Abstract:
This paper presents a systematic review of the specialized literature related to tourism companies in Romania, which have implemented European funds. We used the bibliometric analysis with information from 70 articles published in the mentioned journals and magazines, taking into account the key terms established at the beginning of this article. Our article focused on highlighting the problems, influencing factors and specific consequences, according to the established terms. The limits of this article will be reduced in the future, when we will supplement the theoretical information in it with practical data, based on the answers to the questionnaires sent to the tourist service providers who have implemented projects with European funds and to the 8 Regional Development Agencies. The results of our research will help theorists and practitioners, as well as decision-makers in Romanian tourism.
