Abstract: This paper bibliometrically examines the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into decisionmaking in management contexts. Using advanced algorithms and machine learning techniques, AI provides transformative capabilities for analyzing complex data sets, forecasting trends, and optimizing decision outcomes. Through a comprehensive literature review and case studies, this paper explores the diverse applications of AI in management decision-making, from strategic planning and resource allocation to risk management and operational efficiency. In addition, the bibliometric analysis discusses the implications of AI adoption, including ethical considerations, the dynamics of organizational change, and the role of human judgment along with AI-based perspectives. By synthesizing current research findings and practical insights, this paper provides a nuanced understanding of how AI can be effectively leveraged to improve management decision-making processes.
