Abstract:
This article examines the impact of spiritual leadership on the performance of employees' creative services, focusing on the Romanian market context. Spiritual leadership, defined by values such as integrity, authenticity, empathy, and a sense of purpose, is analyzed to understand how it influences the creativity and efficiency of employees in the service sector. The research utilizes a qualitative methodology to provide insights into the studied phenomenon. Within this qualitative framework, semi-structured interviews were conducted with leaders and employees from various creative industries to explore their perceptions and experiences related to spiritual leadership. The quantitative analysis included questionnaires administered to a large sample of employees, assessing the correlations between perceptions of spiritual leadership and work performance. The study highlights the importance of integrating spiritual leadership principles into management strategies, suggesting that organizations in Romania can benefit from adopting this leadership style.
