Abstract: The paper aims to highlight an evolution of agriculture from the perspective of climate mitigation with the implications set out in the Common Agricultural Policy. The technical performance of agriculture has led to the restoration of paradigms in agriculture in relation to the movement of vectors to achieve environmental conditions. An essential premise for the application of the methodological analysis was the evaluation of agricultural systems which we will methodologically explore how the information being extracted from the available statistical databases Agridata. The development of a conceptual system for the feasibility of soil techniques by responsibly managing agricultural technology mechanisms can be expected to mitigate the impact of climate change. The relevance of this research aims at building innovative agricultural models that make feasible both the adaptation of agricultural technologies based on the implementation of sustainable agriculture and their interconnectivity in the local environment, in order to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, alternatively maintaining agricultural productivity in the development region vision.
