Abstract:
Although action is being taken in the direction of sustainable regional development, poverty, unemployment and, last but not least, crime still represent negative aspects, with significant implications for the respective communities. In this context, the paper presents a comparative picture, at the level of development regions in Romania, regarding the evolution of poverty, unemployment and criminality in the last decade.
