Some Consideration on the Mediation Contract

Abstract: Interaction between people is the most different and diverse, from harmony to the conflict , so that when conflicts arise between them, because they are bound by a contract, the legal system offers a wide range of possibilities for settlement, the justice statutes, private ways, without formality. Such a way of resolving conflicts between two parties is also a mediation, which takes the form of a contract that confirms the willingness of parties to prevent and extinguish the conflict.
