Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of the corporate training systems’ formation and the organization of the interaction of corporate universities with academic institutions. It is given a brief analysis of the current system of vocational training and the experience of the domestic corporate training systems’ formation. The article develops the implementation forms of the corporate training system, the content of educational system, interactive teaching methods of corporate management.
