Abstract: The article analyzes the principles of project management of regional human resources policy within the framework of the development and implementation of long-term and medium-term planning horizons’ instruments. In terms of the analysis of the implementation of accepted procedural and institutional documents regarding human resources policy it is justified expediency of the implementation of the practice of the major human resources policy events’ development in the form of a single linearlogical algorithm - «Strategy - Programs -Projects».
