Abstract:
According to the author TV experiences a unique mediarenessans. The article discovers the features of the different periods of the national TV development, analyzes trends and prospects of the present stage of its development. Transition from state to commercial TV resulted in changed functions, genres, technologies and TV values appears as the most important. The author detailed characterizes the genres and program policies of the majordomestic TV channels.
