Abstract:
In recent years the legal status of the state scientific centers has undergone significant changes; it does not meet the value of the centers in the public sector of research and needs to be reviewed. In this article based on the analysis of the existing legal framework, comparative analysis of the legal status of SRC and other centers with fixed state status and records of SRC promising instruments of state support of the SSC are identified.
