The article is devoted to the challenge of the modern constitutional system of Germany by Islamic organizations. Mass migration from Muslim countries and the formation of “parallel†Muslim communities led to the fact that it was in this environment that transnational Islamist organizations such as “Muslim Brotherhood†found their adherents and established their branches. The article analyzes the tactics of actions of the Muslim Brotherhood transnational Islamic organization and organizations affiliated with it in Germany.
