Abstract:
The article specifies the concept of "linguistic mentality" and "linguistic pictures of the world" and the problems of functioning of the Russian language in the physical conditions reduce the number of Russian-speaking people, the transformation of the Russian language and its actual place amongdozens of other state languages of our Federation.
