Abstract: The analysis of the current legislation of Tver region in innovation andassesses enforcement and directions of its improvement are given. The results of the analysis can be the basis for changes in the regulatory framework on innovation activities in other regions, which is of particular relevance due to the lack of a single federal law in this sphere.
