Abstract: The described process could represent one actual and proper solution for the development of the intelligent assistance in the public transportation management. This model is a global approach in the process for the adoption of an specified solution, using, simultaneously, different types of methods and techniques based on three main dimensions: diagnosis, prediction and planning.
