Abstract: Economy evolves in accelerated rhythm, from industrial era to knowledge economy. Managerial activity gains new dimensions. Authority, control, loyalty, experience, national boundaries, future, mind boundaries are challenged with a growing intensity. It is the mission of authentic leadership to ask new questions, to raise and to solve problems specific to unusual challenges that are going to confront more and more the organizations of the 21st century.
