Abstract: Restructuring enterprises represents a significant pre-condition to create a functional free-market economy and to improve the capacity of enterprises to face the Single European Market challenges.Thus, there are put in evidence the most important barriers in reshasing companies and, also, the necessary requirements for successflully carrying it out.
