Abstract:
In the future, in natural field, as this product may be assimilated to the services for population, there will exist certain governmental regulatons regarding the way of determining natural gas selling prices. Transition to a competitive market in hydrocarbon sector implies major changes in market structure and regulations. Both there implications and the new co-ordinates of estabilishing natural gas prices will be differentiated on short, medium and long terms in accordance with the objectives of the natural gas market operator.
