Abstract: Joseph M. Juran, distinguished American scientist of Romanian origin is on outstanding specialist in quality management. That paper is meant to pay a tribute to this remarcable scientist, well recognized and worthed all over the world, manwhile thorounghly conected to the Romanian economic environment, by petting in evidence his tremendous scientific contributions in founding a school, the Juran school of management.
