Abstract: In a market economy, the entreprise's activities, no matter are its field or position on the market, are exposed to risk. The risks' identification, measurement, anticipation and, especially, their effects, sometines unforesselbles, represent a permanent problem for the entreprises' managers. In this paper, we present some theoretical aspects concerning the economical category of the risk, as well as a typology of the risks.
