Abstract:
Personal management is of utmost importance in order to successfully achieve company objectives. At any operating level, managers can influence the behaviour and expectations of the subordinates by encouraging or discouraging the performance thus influencing the achievement of company tasks and objectives. The present paper presents several techniques to a high quality organizational management.
