Abstract: Regional development models trend shows scientist and decision-markers concern and work in identifying sustainable development main features, by promoting economic, ecological and socio-cultural values. In this respect, in our opinion, the benefit - cost analysis provide a proper framework for sustainable elements of present or optional economic and environmental benefits people preferences and willingness of paying for services.
