Abstract: Romanian economic activity has lately showed toward a decreasing tendency, due to the unsteadiness of macroeconomic policies, to the maintaining of arrears in the economy, and to the lack of willingness both in trying to eliminate the non-efficient enterprises from economy, and in restructuring of public sector major organizations.
