Abstract: The present study, component of the priority project entitled "Program and data basis for the energy sector sustainable development indicators developed within the MENER program, aims at elaborating an exhaustive set of indicators regarding the energy sector. The project is targeting to complete the UN Work Program indicators, to meet the conformation criteria with the EU data basis and to adapt the indicators set to the energy sector sustainable development. Consequently, the research team has developed a 25 relevant indicators set (structured by the four dimensions of sustainable development) that shall be used within the future computer program.
