Abstract: OMV entering as a major shareholder of SNP PETROM, and all the advantages emerging of its inclusion in an European petroleum group, carrying on the efficientization and modernizing process of society, as well as the increase of oil prices and the demand for petroleum products on international markets are opportunities that may have positive influence over the future activity of the company.
