Abstract:
This paper presents a theoretical model of economic growth on innovation. The research area and its dual aspect as well as the concept of technological obsolescence are pointed out. The aggregate mechanism of this model is used to analyze the different aspects of innovation: the behavior of enterprises, the production of consumer goods and the equilibrium of the labor market.
