Abstract:
Industrial products quality is an important factor in supporting their competitiveness in EU market. Principles and demants in ensuring quality are provided by ISO 9000 series and ISO 14000 envirnmental standards. The strong competition in EU market, faced by Romanian firms, makes necessary a new and complex approach of quality management, especially, concerning entailed costs.
