Abstract: In the perspective of European Union integration, competition encouragement in the Romanian energetic sector represents a significant problem; any delay in undertaking settlements in this regard may lead to severe consequences. There are underlined risks concerning energetic sector liberalization course, uncorrelated adoption of decisions regarding deregulation may produce notable economic damages.
