Abstract:
January 1, 2007 represents a moment for the Romanian companies and institutions to committ themselves in a much more dynamical approach of the labour market. Entering the European market will put pressure on them, generating a continuous effort to adaptat and mentain. A very useful instrument in that process is the reciprocal influence between the business policy and the public relations activity. This story speaks about the value of this relationship and the importance given to it by regional and international bodies.
