Abstract: In a stronger competition context, modern firms are going through successive transitional processes, complicated and hard to manage events, so that necessary organizational settlements regarding the outside environmental transformation are necessary. In this situation, the firms put into action new approaches of the strategy that must take into consideration the activity's deeply seated evolution. Moreover, the pressures of the competition make highly necessary the rationalization of the firm's management.
