In this analysis we consider also other uses of the hydro energetic projects, such as: water supply, floods control, social and environment benefits and other indirect benefits. In this paper we underlind the advantages and the disadvantages of the different practices, in such a manner that a quality analysis can be performed upon the efficiency of each investment project as well as upon the way of selection of the best investment project from several proposed alternatives.
