Abstract: The increasing adjustment capacity of the firm to the permanent changes, which interfere in economic environment, implies the launch of wide restructuring procedures assuming those approaches that are more effective. In this paper we present alternatives for retargeting strategy implementation and the weakness of protective restructuring, too.
